What is your lead time?

Order delivery time = Order preparation time + transportation time

Order preparation time:

All orders will take up to 7-15 working days to process before shipping. 

Transportation time:

By express, it takes about 7~9 days

By sea to door, it takes about 40~45 days (For oversized items, we will use sea transportation. Please be patient and wait. Maritime transportation is conducive to ensuring the stability of the product transportation process.)

Changes to estimated delivery date.

We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. 

I need an item by a certain date!

Though we try our best to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrivals by a certain date. As soon as the parcel leaves our doors, it is in full discretion with the courier company to deliver your order timely. We ask that you purchase well ahead of your deadline to avoid any unexpected delays.

We can offer to expedite the shipment with DHL or Fedex. Please obtain a quote from us before you order. many cases, if the order is expedited, it can be received within 5-7 days at the earliest.

If the order did not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund an order while it is in transit. The order will need to be returned to us in order to process a refund.

How much does shipping cost?

All our packages are free shipping, if you need faster shipping service, please contact our customer service team in advance.

Tax:

Express: Customer are responsible for tariffs and customs fee.
Ocean Shipping: We will pay tariffs and customs fee for customers.

Shipping and order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation and a second email after your order has shipped. Tracking number will be provided when available (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Due to differences in state tax laws, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. And orders that have already been placed or are in transit cannot be cancelled. Please understand, thank you. Therefore, please make sure that all your shipping information is correct before placing an order.

How can I track my order?

Our delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted and include a 24-hour period, your item will be processed and shipped within the business day. Please note: During the promotion period, this may take longer.
The moment the package leaves the warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you with the contact information you provided. Using the tracking number, you can check for updates on the location of your package.
*Please note that the tracking number must be the same as the shipping service company.

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returned product must be in its original package and in new/unused condition to qualify for any refund.
  • If the product has been installed already, it can not be returned.
  • Customized items are not eligible for return as well. We can not accept returns after 30 days.
  • If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may consider applying for a return after receiving the goods.

Generally, there are two reasons for return:

1. If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2. If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay for shipping including initial shipping cost.

We are certain that you will adore your Arialamps.com order when it arrives, but if you don't for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page or just reply the shipping update emails and we will make it right. 

Order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.

And the shipping confirmation will be sent within 2-7days after you receive the order confirmation through to your email address or mobile number you have registered when you place the order.

Not Refundable

- Products that do not meet the 30-day return and exchange policy.
- Customized products made according to customer's wishes.
- Misunderstanding of product listing despite clear indication of non-discounted items.
For items not eligible for return refunds, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. And we will deduct up to 70% of the cost + service fee of your refund amount.
We do not accept any unregistered packages, any unregistered packages will be rejected.

Despite our efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, there may still be variations from the actual product. We encourage customers to inquire as much as possible to ensure the shopping experience meets expectations. Our customer service representatives will be more than happy to address any questions you may have.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will be happy to provide free cancellation. But for orders that have exceeded the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee will apply due to processing costs.

Note: You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched. Therefore, the order cannot be cancelled after the goods have been dispatched. If you insist that you do not want your package, you can contact us to return it after you receive it. Thank you for your understanding!

Returns Process

Step 0: Read our return policy above to determine whether your order qualifies to be refunded/returned.

Step 1: Please send photos and/or videos of the item to support@arialamps.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request.

Step 2: We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and items in your order.

Step 3: We provide the return address or shipment labelling instructions. If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot give you your refund.

Step 4: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.

Step 5:  When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then offer a replacement or refund.

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

The time it takes for the refund to arrive usually depends on your bank's processing speed, which usually takes 7-14 business days.

If you need to obtain more accurate information and assistance, it is recommended that you contact your bank or credit card issuer in time to obtain more accurate information and assistance. Usually, they can help you check the status of your refund and give you an estimate of when it will arrive.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
