After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.
Please take photos or videos as evidence and contact customer service to deal with it.
Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

Q: I have a high ceiling? Can I customize the length of the rods or the length of the cord?
A: If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.
Q: How long does it take to get shipping information?
A: A: Generally, the products will be handed over to the logistics company after processing. It will take 1-3 days to receive the logistics information after the products are handed over to the logistics company.
Q: Can I get a full refund because of quality issues?
A: We support full refunds due to quality issues. (Pictures are required as evidence)

Q: Do you replace parts damaged during shipping free of charge?
