Shipping Methods & Transit Time
We offer two main shipping options, depending on the item size:
Express Shipping: This method typically takes approximately 7 to 9 days in transit. This service is Free Shipping, but the customer is responsible for tariffs and customs fees.
Ocean Shipping (For Oversized Items): For larger products, transit via ocean shipping takes approximately 40 to 45 days. This option is also Free Shipping, and we cover all tariffs and customs fees.

Refund & Return
30-Day Policy
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
Items must be:
- New/Unused and Uninstalled.
- In the original packaging with tags.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Not Eligible: Installed products, customized items, or returns after 30 days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error (Damage/Quality Issue): We provide free return and exchange services.
- Customer Error (Preference/No longer wanted): Customer pays for all shipping costs (including initial shipping).
Returns Process

- Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), approved refunds typically take 7–14 business days to process back to your original payment method.
