Metal parts including the chain and rosette are made from high quality brass. available with gold or silver finish and coated with enamel lacquer for protection and longevity.
Extravagance 18 is also available in black crystal with silver metal finish.

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

A: If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.
Q: How long does it take to get shipping information?
A: A: Generally, the products will be handed over to the logistics company after processing. It will take 1-3 days to receive the logistics information after the products are handed over to the logistics company.
Q: Can I get a full refund because of quality issues?
