Arialamps offers free shipping on all orders.Please make sure that the shipping address you fill in is accurate, changing your address will be a hassle.Total delivery time includes factory processing time as well as shipping time.

RETURN

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.

Q: I have a high ceiling? Can I customize the length of the rods or the length of the cord?
A: If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.

Q: How long does it take to get shipping information?
A: A: Generally, the products will be handed over to the logistics company after processing. It will take 1-3 days to receive the logistics information after the products are handed over to the logistics company.

Q: Can I get a full refund because of quality issues?
