Ocean Shipping (For Oversized Items): For larger products, transit via ocean shipping takes approximately 40 to 45 days. This option is also Free Shipping, and we cover all tariffs and customs fees.

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
Items must be:
- New/Unused and Uninstalled.
- In the original packaging with tags.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Not Eligible: Installed products, customized items, or returns after 30 days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error (Damage/Quality Issue): We provide free return and exchange services.
- Customer Error (Preference/No longer wanted): Customer pays for all shipping costs (including initial shipping).
